Sabhi ko namaste!! Self-love concept jo ki abhi Western culture mein bahut lokpriya ho raha hai, Kya aap jante hain use hindi mein kya bola gaya hai?

स्वार्थपरता स्वार्थी, खुदग़रज़ी।

आत्मरति अपने ऊपर मुग्ध रहना ।

स्वप्रेम स्नेह के साथ; प्यार से ।

Humare culture mein humesha tyag, balidan, aadi ko mahatvapurna bola gaya hai. Parantu, ye bhi sikhaya gya ki apne se bhinn vyakti ka anadar mat karo uska bhi ek jesa samman karo. Aaj ke samay mein humare society mein kuch maapdand tay ho gaye hain, jo un maapdando mein fit nahi baithta uske piche puri society padd jati hai, use neecha jatlane mein. Hume humesha fikar hoti hai ki “Char log kya kahenge?”, Par kabhi ye socha ki unhi ‘Char logon’ ke chakkar mein hum khud k mann ki kitni ichaye marte hain? In logon ke chakkar mein hum khud ko kitna kuch mann mein sunate hain? Self-love ka matlab ye nahi hai ki khudgarz bann jao, Balki ye hai ki aap apne khud k andar maujood insaan ko samjhe, apni visheshta, apni khaminya samjhe. Self-Love ko aap apni dincharya mein is prakar se laa sakte hain:

1. Pratyek din ki shuruaat khud ko koi sakaaraatmak baat bol ke karen. Jaise- “Maine kitane ache se sthiti ko sambhaala!”, “Aaj mai kitani pyaari lag rahi hu!”. kuchh iss tarah ki baate jinse aapaka mann muskura uthe.

2. Aap apne sabhi vicharo par purna bharosa na kiya kare, kyuki hamaare andar ek aalochak hai jo hamein chhota aur surakshit rakhane ki koshish kar raha hai. Iska nakaaraatmak paksh yah hai ki hamein khul ke jeevan jeene se bhee rokta hai.

3. Apne aap ko un logon ke saath gheren jo aapko pyaar karate hain aur protsaahit karate hain. Yahi vyakti apko yaad dilate rahenge ki aap kitane adbhut hain.

4. Is grah par aapake jaisa koi nahin hai, isliye aap apanee tulana kisi aur se nahin kar sakate. Ekamaatr vyakti jise aapako apane aap se tulana karani chaahie vah aap khud hain.

5. ­­­Apani jeet ka jashn manaye chaahe kitana bhi bada ya chhota ho. Apane aap ko peeth par thap-thapaen aur jo kuchh aapane haasil kiya hai us par garv karen.

6. Un cheezon ko gale lagao aur pyaar karo jo aapako alag banaati hain. Yahi vah cheez hai jo aapako khaas banaati hai.

7. Apane Comfort Zone ke baahar kadam rakhen aur kuchh naya karane ki koshish karen. jab ham mahasoos karate hain ki hamen kuchh naya haasil hua hai, to vah khushi avishvasaneey hoti hai.

8. Agar khud se pyaar karna hai to khud ke nirantar hote parivartan ko apnana bhi padega. Yeh itna asaan nahi hota, isliye humesa dharya dhar ke iske liye nirantar prayatnashil rahe.

9. Doosaron ke saath pyaar aur sammaan se pesh aaen. Yah hamen khud ke baare mein behatar mahasoos karaata hai jab ham doosaron ke saath vaisa hee vyavahaar karte hain jaisa ham ummeed karte hain. Iska matalab yah nahin hai ki har koee hamesha ehasaan chukaega, lekin yah unki samasya hai, aapki bilkul nahi.

10. Har din ke liye aabhari rahe. Hume bure dino ka samna bhi karna padd sakta hai, khud pe nirasha bhi ho sakti hai, ye bahut hi normal paristithiyan hain. Is samay mein sabse zaruri yeh hai ki aap kam se kam ek cheez ke liye abharee hain, kyuki yeh aapke dimag aur oorja ko sthanantarit karane mein madad karta hai, aur apko himmat bhi deta hai.

11. Mujhe to abhi se hi bahut acha mehsoos hone laga hai. Aasha hai ki aap sab bhi ye aazma ke dekhenge.
